Water Tots      Ages 18mo – 35 months with parent/guardian

Guppies           Ages 3-5, Preschool Beginner -Child has not taken lessons before, child needs assistance in water

Dolphins          Ages 3-5, Preschool Advanced Beginner - Child is comfortable going under water, may need assistance swimming

Level 1            Ages 6-13, Child is new to lessons or has completed the Dolphin class (Preschool 2/Advanced Beginner)

Level 2            Ages 6-13, Child is comfortable on his/her front and back, may still need some assistance in the water

Level 3            Ages 6-13, Has successfully completed Level 2, Child is comfortable going under water, can swim with no assistance on front and back

Level 4            Ages 6-13, Has successfully completed Level 3, Child can swim half of a pool length on his/her own, knows freestyle, elementary backstroke, backstroke and breaststroke

Level 5            Ages 6-13, Has successfully completed Level 4, Child can swim full length of the pool, knows freestyle, elementary backstroke, backstroke, and breaststroke

Level 6            Ages 6-13, Has successfully completed Level 5.  Child is able to complete a consecutive 200 yard swim

Intro to Diving            Ages 6-13, Has successfully completed Level 5

PARENT/CHILD SWIM LESSONS  (Water Babies & Water Tots)
Parent/child work together on comfort in the water, water entry and exit techniques, water safety and basic swimming skills.  All parent/child swim lessons are held in the Zero-Depth Entry Training Pool.
Water Babies is for ages 6-18 months.
Water Tots is for ages 1 ½  - 3 years.  Classes meet Monday - Friday, 30 minutes each day (including holidays).      

PRESCHOOL SWIM LESSONS  (Guppies & Dolphins)
All preschool swim lessons are held in the Zero-Depth Entry Training Pool.  These lessons are recommended for children 3 – 5 years.  Classes meet Monday - Friday, 30 minutes each day (including holidays).     

SWIM LESSONS  (Levels 1 - 6  & Intro to Diving)
All swim lessons Level 1 and higher are held in the Main Pool.  These lessons are recommended for children 6 years and older.  Classes meet Monday - Friday, 30 minutes each day (including holidays).
