1923 Graham Brothers - Dodge - Boyer Fire Truck

This was the first motorized fire truck purchased for the Town of Mooresville. It was delivered in January of 1923 as shown in the photo on the left.  The photo on the right was taken after it was rescued from a barn in Marion County. It was returned to us a few days after this photo was taken and now sits in our firehouse awaiting restoration. We plan is to restore it to its original condition. We plan to do this through fund raisers and donations. We will keep this project updated as to its progress. Special thanks to Roger Birchfield for his help in getting this truck back to us. Donations can be made by contacting the Community Foundation of Morgan County at 317-831-1232

New Station

This station was designed by Sebree Architects out of Avon, In. This building is a 3-bay 10,500 square foot facility with living quarters for up to 9 personnel. Check back as we will add photos of the progress of this building as it goes along. See the "New Station" page for regular updates and photos.
