The Mooresville Police Department enforces the town ordinances that are approved and passed by the Mooresville Town Council. Once the town ordinances are approved, they are signed by the members of the Town Board and placed in a file at Town Hall. If you would like to have a signed copy of any ordinance, contact the Clerk-Treasurer's office Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.



The following Town Ordinances include any ordinance that covers :  No Parking, Weight of Vehicles, Speed Limits, Parking Regulations, One-Way Traffic Regulations, and all other traffic related ordinances.
