Public Works provides a quality environment for the City of Mooresville and ensures that the roadways and streets are safe, clean, and attractive. It is divided into four divisions: Building Department, Wastewater Treatment, Storm Water and Street Department.

Storm Water - Tuesday, May 02, 2006
The Storm water department ensures better quality of water in our streams and to promote the regeneration of ground water.  Their duties include public education, storm water and erosion control enforcement, and maintenance of BMP’s on Town right of ways.

Street Department - Tuesday, May 02, 2006
The Street Department is responsible for the maintenance of infrastructure on Town right of ways, snow removal, and leaf pickup.

  Tox Away Events

Tox Away Events
WCSWD will sponsor one Tox Away event in each county for a total of four events in 2007. Each event is open to all residents of Morgan, Montgomery, Putnam, and Parke Counties.  

Businesses are prohibited from using these events!
